Chef Consultant

WE’RE HIRING: CHEF CONSULTANT

Manila Kitchens is looking for a versatile Chef Consultant who can bring real culinary experience into kitchen design, client demonstrations, consultancy projects, and sales.

This is not a traditional restaurant kitchen role. You will work across different areas of the business, applying a chef’s perspective wherever it creates the most value.

Depending on the project, you may:

• Review kitchen layouts, workflows, and equipment specifications from an operational perspective

• Help clients translate their menu and production requirements into the right kitchen setup

• Conduct equipment demonstrations, product testing, and client training

• Join sales meetings and presentations as the culinary expert

• Support menu development, kitchen systems, and restaurant consultancy projects

• Participate in product development, events, content, and other special projects

• Build relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and hospitality groups

What We’re Looking For

• At least five years of professional kitchen experience, with leadership experience

• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, equipment, workflow, and food production

• Confident communicating and presenting to clients

• Commercially minded and comfortable contributing to sales conversations

• Adaptable, resourceful, and willing to work across different types of projects

• Organized and capable of managing responsibilities outside daily kitchen service

• Experience in restaurant opening, menu development, training, or kitchen consultancy is an advantage

We are looking for a chef who wants to use their experience beyond running a single kitchen—someone who can design, demonstrate, advise, sell, and help build new ideas.

This is a full-time, cross-functional role based at Kapitolyo, Pasig, with client meetings and site visits as required.
