Job Description:

We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual Recruiter to join our dynamic team and support recruitment operations across various industries. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Japanese and English, with proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong understanding of Japanese business culture and hiring practices.

Key Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency:
• Japanese: JLPT N2 level or higher
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsement
• Background in account management, maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and recruitment processes
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
