General Manager for Entertainment

We are looking for a General Manager to lead the charge — someone who can bring structure to the fun, oversee day-to-day operations, and inspire a team to deliver the kind of experience that keeps guests coming back.

The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the organization. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, team development, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The GM will lead cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, guest services, food & beverage, maintenance, and entertainment.

Key Accountabilities

1. Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead innovation in attractions and services.

2. Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations including attractions, guest services, F&B, and maintenance.
• Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensures all reports results and summary are accounted

3. Financial Oversight

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Optimize revenue streams and control costs.

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff.
• Foster a high-performance, guest-focused culture.

5. Guest Experience

• Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
• Handle escalated guest issues and implement improvements.

6. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
• Lead emergency preparedness and risk mitigation.
• Incident/accident management: immediate response, documentation, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and regulatory reporting.
• Champion a zero-incident culture: ensures daily safety checks/compliance are implemented across the homebase branches

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in operations management, family entertainment center or similar leisure/attractions environment.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams across diverse functions and departments.
• Business & Strategy: Strong commercial awareness, analytical mindset, and the ability to align daily operations with long-term strategic goals.
• Guest Focus: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and service recovery skills to deliver world-class customer experiences.
