Sales Assistant

Job Summary

Responsible for UGREEN’s daily sales and operational support, including customer policy management, preparation and follow-up of business memos, sales and operational data management, coordination with the domestic operations team, and promoter commission management. Provide effective operational support to ensure smooth business execution and achievement of sales targets.

Job Description

1. Manage the development, implementation, and follow-up of customer policies to ensure effective execution.
2. Prepare, organize, issue, and follow up on business-related memos to ensure accurate and timely communication of relevant information.
3. Collect, organize, analyze, and report sales and operational data to provide data support for business decision-making and operational optimization.
4. Maintain daily communication and coordination with the domestic operations team, and ensure timely alignment on business policies, operational requirements, product information, and market updates.
5. Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues and coordinate with sales, operations, and relevant functional teams to ensure timely problem-solving.
6. Manage the implementation of promoter commission and incentive policies, including commission calculation, verification, and payout follow-up.

Job Requirements

1. language proficiency, fluent in English; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
2. Strong communication, coordination, data management, and execution skills. Experience in sales operations or the retail industry is preferred.
3. Proficient in Excel and other office software, with basic data analysis and reporting skills.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, good teamwork, and a strong service mindset.
