Quality Assurance Manager

QA Manager leads and drives the execution of Quality Assurance strategy. The position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, recommends improvement in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

• serves as a key leader at HPTC, working collaboratively to ensure Quality Assurance objectives are met and aligned with the company’s operational and regulatory objectives;
• leads and mentors the Quality Assurance organization, ensuring appropriate levels of accountability for decision-making and clearly communicating cross functionally within the organization;
• responsible for strategic leadership of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). Facilitate management review of QMS to monitor performance and create/support process enhancement initiatives to drive continuous improvement;
• sets and maintains regulatory policies and quality standards for all quality systems and ensure compliance with applicable regulations worldwide;
• drives execution of QMS processes through programs, policies and functions that support corporate and product quality;
• supports specific departmental needs to maintain and improve QMS requirements for ongoing assembly, bodybuilding, painting and other operational activities;
• collaborates cross-functionally with internal departments on strategy development, risk assessments and implementation of quality principles and regulatory requirements;
• develops and executes quality design and quality assurance strategy for new product development, changes and improvements;
• analyzes complex situations and propose practical solutions; and
• develops and manages a high-performance team focused on accountability and exceeding expectations;
• participates in any audit required by the company;
• adheres to all information security and physical security policies and programs; and
• follows health and safety standards.

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related course

Training or Certification:

Lean Six Sigma, PFMEA, Control Plan, RCA, 7 QC tools, 8D, DMAIC, SPC, FA, IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001

Work Experience:

Minimum of at least five year(s) in the same role in any related field or industry
