ABOUT HOUSE OF FRUITAS

House of Fruitas is a proudly Filipino food and beverage company with a growing portfolio of brands and nationwide operations across retail, restaurants, commissaries, and corporate functions.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an accomplished, hands-on Recruitment Manager to lead a team of approximately 20 recruiters and drive end-to-end talent acquisition across the organization.

This role requires a recruitment leader who combines strategy, execution, people leadership, and a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced F&B and restaurant environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coach, and drive the performance of a 20-member recruitment team
• Oversee mass and high-volume hiring, as well as corporate, technical, store operations, restaurant operations, and leadership recruitment
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
• Lead recruitment marketing and employer branding across LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, job fairs, and other channels
• Create compelling job postings, job descriptions, and recruitment campaigns
• Partner with business leaders to deliver manpower requirements with speed, quality, and accountability
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven recruitment leadership experience in the Food & Beverage and/or Restaurant industry
• Demonstrated experience managing a large recruitment team, ideally around 20 recruiters
• Strong background in mass hiring and multi-level recruitment
• Experience hiring for corporate, technical, frontline, store, and restaurant operations
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, social media recruitment, recruitment marketing, and employer branding
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
• Trustworthy, hardworking, highly accountable, and results-driven
• Strong start-up mindset — takes ownership, moves with urgency, adapts quickly, works hands-on, solves problems with available resources, and delivers results without waiting for perfect conditions
