Sr. Recruitment Specialist (IT/Healthcare Roles)

UST is seeking for Sr. Corporate/Volume Recruiter to join our Recruitment team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our organisation's growth and talent acquisition objectives for various Healthcare, IT and other niche roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple open positions across the organization, managing high-volume recruitment processes efficiently
• Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and manage candidate applications and inquiries
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, expectations, and hiring timelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing partners where applicable
• Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company recruitment policies throughout the hiring process

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in high-volume or corporate recruitment, ideally in a similar role or within a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative recruitment team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital recruitment platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field an advantage
