Risk Strategy Officer

About the Role

As a Risk Strategy Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing RMG's budget and manpower resource processes, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, and operational coordination. The role supports leadership through well-governed financial processes, workforce monitoring, and high-quality management reporting.

How you'll contribute

• Lead RMG budget planning, monitoring, reporting, and accrual tracking.
• Oversee manpower and headcount monitoring, coordinating recruitment and staffing needs with HR.
• Prepare and coordinate key management reports, budget presentations, and executive updates.
• Lead the planning and execution of the annual RMG Strategic Planning session.
• Coordinate RMG employee engagement initiatives to ensure effective execution and alignment with engagement goals.

What we’re looking for

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in budget management, financial planning and analysis, workforce planning, or management reporting.
• Has strong experience in budget management, resource allocation, and strategic planning, with the ability to support organizational objectives and key business initiatives.
• With a strong background in preparing and presenting executive-level reports, business reviews, and management presentations.
• Must demonstrate effective project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and planning activities.
• Have excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
