About You & the Role

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and skilled at coordinating multiple stakeholders? As a Branch Claims Officer, you will play a key role in managing insurance claims from filing to settlement, ensuring clients receive timely assistance and updates throughout the claims process. You will work closely with branches, insurance providers, and claims teams to deliver quality service and efficient resolutions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Receive, review, and facilitate motor and non-motor insurance claims submitted by branches and clients.
• Validate claim requirements and ensure documentation is complete before endorsement to insurance providers.
• Monitor claims progress and coordinate with insurers, adjusters, branches, and clients until settlement.
• Prepare and maintain reports on outstanding, settled, and problematic claims.
• Assist in reviewing service level agreements and claims turnaround times with insurance partners.
• Provide guidance and support to branches on claims-related concerns and escalations.
• Communicate claims updates, best practices, and risk-prevention reminders to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• Background in property and casualty claims handling is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
• Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with reports and data.
