Field Sales Executive

About the role

The Italian Food Specialists, Inc.' is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities within Cebu- Central Visayas region. Your role will be crucial in driving sales and expanding our market presence in this key area.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
2. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
3. Providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns
4. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
5. Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities
6. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field sales or account management role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
2. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using CRM systems
6. A self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented individual with a positive attitude
7. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
