Collections Data Analytics Support Officer

The primary purpose of the Collections Support Officer is to ensure that all internal processes, service requests, and administrative tasks assigned to the Business Banking Collection Support & Admin team are executed within the prescribed turnaround time. This role involves overseeing and ensuring that Collections Support Associates are performing their duties in accordance with the Bank's standards. Additionally, to ensure that the target turnaround time is achieved and provide the required technical support and assistance to Business Banking Collections.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that collection reminders are dispatched accurately and timely through SMS, email, and postal mail.
• Approve service requests from Business Banking Collection Support Assistant
• Supervise the management of internal systems used exclusively by Business Banking Collections and ensure that other administrative tasks assigned to Business Banking Collection Support & Admin Department are implemented within prescribed turnaround time.
• Ensures that internal Skip Tracing for qualified accounts generated by the MIS Officer is conducted and that the results are uploaded to the Skip Tracing Account Record (STAR) Application within the prescribed turnaround time.
• Collaborate with Business Banking Collection Support & Administration Section Head to develop and implement effective strategies / processes for support and administration.
• Manage and motivate direct reports by setting clear performance expectations and providing regular feedback. Generate regular reports on delivery status of collection reminders and productivity of direct reports.
• Handles the administration of SIKO/ALS

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 year Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably related to Business, Banking or Finance
• At least 3 years extensive experience in handling collection-related job and supervising people, service sales, or agency management
• Knowledge in advanced Excel and Power Query
• Strong leadership and people management skills, strategic and analytical skills, numeracy, communication and negotiation skills.
