You will be matched with a primary focus area within Business Excellence, allowing you to build deep expertise in one core area while gaining exposure and hands-on involvement across other functions:

• Process Improvement: Learn how to analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions that improve productivity, quality, and overall business performance.
• Data & Business Analytics: Gain experience working with business data, creating reports and dashboards, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Project & Performance Management: Support cross-functional projects, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to initiatives that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

The Essentials

• Location: Quezon City (Super close to SM North EDSA 🛍️)
• Work Arrangement: On-site (Get ready for a vibrant, corpo vibe!)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management or equivalent course
• Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by continuous improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with basic data analysis
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute to process improvement
