📍General Trias, Cavite

What you'll do:

• Overall responsible for the day-to-day transportation operations in Cavite, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable delivery activities.
• Directs, guides, and monitors the transport team to ensure timely completion of tasks and 100% compliance with operational commitments.
• Ensures On-Time and In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance for both internal and external customers.
• Coordinates and manages relationships with third-party transport (TPT) providers, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and operational requirements.
• Monitors and addresses operational issues and concerns, providing timely solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conducts regular team meetings, operational updates, and performance reviews, including weekly/monthly reporting and KPI monitoring.
• Ensures proper manpower management, including monitoring of drivers’ and helpers’ work hours, overtime, attendance, and performance.
• Monitors transportation expenses, revenue, and budget, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, and timely submission of operational and financial reports.
• Ensures 100% and timely compliance with liquidation, documentation, and other transport-related administrative requirements.
• Develops the team through training, coaching, and performance management, while ensuring continuous improvement and achievement of departmental goals.

What we're looking for:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
• Has at least five (5) years of supervisory/managerial experience in transport operations
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
