The Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Projects Administrator to support our Australian construction and project delivery operations. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will act as the operational glue ensuring project workflows, documentation, and schedules run without a hitch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Construction Manager and project delivery teams.
• Manage project documentation, tracking logs, compliance records, and manufacturing/delivery schedules.
• Coordinate communications between Australian site teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.
• Process purchase orders, project variations, and documentation accurately.
• Assist in generating project progress reports to ensure seamless handover and client satisfaction.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in project administration, coordination, or operations support (civil/construction industry background preferred).
• High proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel) and project/ERP platforms.
• Immaculate written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional organisation, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
