Lead a high-performing real estate sales team at PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group. The Sales Director will lead, coach, and scale a team in Baliwag, Bulacan, to drive quota attainment through structured, ethical, and disciplined selling practices.
Key Objectives:
- Build and staff an organization of 3 to 5 Sales Managers, each leading 3 to 5 Sales Executives, ready to scale as the territory grows.
- Translate sales targets into actionable strategies for the Baliwag, Bulacan territory.
- Foster a high-trust, high-performance sales culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales operations for the PHirst Baliwag, Bulacan team.
- Design and execute strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Coach and develop sales staff using structured selling methods.
- Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and market trends.
- Partner with marketing, project development, and property management teams.
- Recruit, onboard, and accredit new sales personnel.
- Represent the company at community engagements and broker events.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of sales leadership experience (real estate or high-value consultative sales preferred).
- Proven track record in building teams and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Familiarity with the Bulacan real estate market is an advantage.
- Ability to be based in or frequently travel to Baliwag, Bulacan.
