IT Project / Service Delivery Managers (Manufacturing / Supply Chain)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced IT Project & Service Delivery Managers to lead strategic technology initiatives and enterprise application services across a global organization. These roles combine project delivery, service management, stakeholder engagement, vendor governance, and business consulting, supporting critical business functions and enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering IT projects and managing application services within manufacturing, automotive, supply chain, logistics, or industrial environments, with particular exposure to Quality Management (QM), Quality Systems (QS), Quality Operations, Compliance, or related business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
• Own and oversee application services, ensuring operational stability, service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business stakeholders, key users, IT teams, and external service providers to deliver business-focused technology solutions.
• Drive process optimization, standardization, governance, and digital transformation initiatives across supported business functions.
• Manage vendor relationships, service providers, contracts, and delivery performance.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, security standards, compliance requirements, and organizational policies.
• Support application lifecycle management, including enhancements, upgrades, support, and roadmap planning.
• Lead change management, user adoption, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Foster strong collaboration across global and cross-functional teams.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience with proven success in project delivery, application management, or service delivery roles.
• Experience working with multinational organizations and globally distributed teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end IT projects and enterprise application initiatives.
• Strong background in IT Project Management, Governance, Service Delivery, and Vendor Management.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and operational support models.
• Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, supply chain, logistics, industrial operations, or related sectors.
• Good understanding of Quality Management (QM), Quality Systems (QS), Quality Operations, Compliance, Audit, or Process Governance business processes.

Preferred Experience Areas

We welcome candidates with experience supporting the following functions:

• Quality Management (QM) & Environment, Health & Safety (EHS): SAP QM preferred
• Quality Systems (QS) & Compliance & Governance: Salesforce and ComplianceQuest preferred
