Senior Recruitment Specialist | BPO Volume Hiring

We are seeking a talented Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This is a full time position that plays a crucial strategic role in our continued growth and expansion. As a Senior Recruitment Specialist specializing in volume hiring, you will be responsible for managing large scale recruitment initiatives, building talent pipelines, and ensuring we attract top quality candidates to meet our organizational objectives. This role is integral to supporting our business expansion whilst maintaining the highest standards of candidate experience and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute high volume recruitment campaigns and strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets across multiple departments and roles
• Conduct initial telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit
• Manage the end to end recruitment process for multiple positions simultaneously, ensuring timely progression through each stage of the pipeline
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements, job specifications, and competency requirements
• Build and maintain a robust talent database and candidate relationship management system for future recruitment needs
• Coordinate with HR colleagues to schedule interviews and manage offer letters
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including turnaround time, cost per hire, and quality of hire, to continuously improve efficiency
• Participate in recruitment planning sessions and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies aligned with business growth
• Maintain compliance with employment law and internal recruitment policies throughout the hiring process

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, with substantial experience managing high volume or bulk recruitment initiatives
• Proven track record of successfully filling multiple positions within demanding timeframes
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and external stakeholders
• Preferred: Experience in recruitment within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or shared services industry
