Training Manager – Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead, design, and deliver comprehensive Learning & Development strategies specifically tailored for our Order-to-Cash (O2C) operational functions. In this role, you will lead a team of trainers, partner with global business leaders, and design scalable instructional programs that improve process efficiency, onboarding speeds, and operational quality across shared services and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Direct and mentor a team of 5+ trainers and instructional designers, driving delivery excellence, performance management, and continuous skill development.
• O2C Curriculum Strategy: Lead the end-to-end design, creation, and deployment of instructional content covering the complete O2C lifecycle (Credit Management, Order Processing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Cash Application).
• Global Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional leadership, client representatives, and enterprise executives to align training initiatives with strategic business goals and operational SLAs.
• Operational Integration: Partner with operations managers in Shared Services / GCC environments to identify skill gaps, conduct needs analyses, and build targeted re-skilling or upskilling interventions.
• Impact & Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure learning effectiveness, speed-to-proficiency, and operational accuracy post-training.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Team Leadership: 5+ years of direct experience managing, coaching, and scaling training teams.
• O2C Domain Expertise: 3 to 5 years of hands-on, practical experience in core Order-to-Cash operations.
• Instructional Design: Proven track record of personally designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end technical training programs for O2C workflows.
• Global Experience: Demonstrated experience managing relationships with international clients, cross-border teams, and enterprise stakeholders across different time zones.
• Industry Background: Strong preference for candidates with experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Global Capability Centers (GCC), or captive operations environments.
