What will you do?

This role is a 1 year fixed-term job opportunity with potential conversion to permanent depends on performance. You will join the Winning Work Team where you will play an important part as you will manage, develop and consolidate strategic proposals to grow our revenue pipeline. This includes generating and editing non-technical content and contributing to the commercial offers of the business.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’:

• Supporting Portfolio Leaders in providing Winning Work services within allocated portfolios
• Championing the Aurecon Methodology from proposal planning until submission. This includes creating bid plan, responsibility matrix, response templates, formatting, collating and proofreading proposals and related collaterals
• Leading or actively participating in workshops to identify differentiators, key issues, innovative ideas together with the technical Subject Matter Experts / engineers
• Ensuring proposals reflect win themes and value proposition
• Ensuring documents are well-structured, organised and well written
• Managing the interface and discussion between internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining and improving processes for Opportunity Management that includes providing analytics, Providing non-technical writing, editing and proofreading
• Participate in business improvement initiatives related to Winning Work.
• Providing ad hoc bid related services

• Degree level qualification in corporate communications/marketing or business-related fields
• Minimum 8 years of experience within the proposal or bid management field, tendering, client strategy or professional services or firms
• Strong technical, professional English writing skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, seniors and supporting staff
• Positive go-getter attitude and ambition to win and grow, ability to work independently and collaboratively towards tight deadlines and under time pressure
• APMP foundation level accreditation an advantage
