We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist 1 - Volume/Corporate Hiring to join our ever-evolving Talent Acquisition Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you will play a critical part in connecting top talent with opportunities that power our business growth and operational success. By delivering efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment, you will help ensure business continuity, strengthen our workforce, and create exceptional candidate experiences. You'll partner with leaders across the organization, influence hiring strategies, and contribute directly to Global Payments' mission of enabling commerce around the world through innovative payment solutions.

What you'll own:

• Drive hiring success across high-volume recruitment needs by delivering quality talent that enables business growth, supports workforce plans, and keeps teams operating at full strength.
• Build strong talent pipelines that accelerate hiring outcomes, reduce time-to-fill, and create a consistent flow of qualified candidates for critical business roles.
• Influence hiring decisions through data and market insights, helping leaders make informed talent choices that support organizational goals and long-term workforce needs.
• Create outstanding candidate experiences that strengthen Global Payments' employer brand, increase engagement, and enhance acceptance and onboarding outcomes.
• Champion recruitment excellence and compliance by ensuring hiring processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with company standards, regulatory requirements, and business expectations.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably supporting high-volume, operational, or customer-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring priorities while consistently delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies to drive efficient hiring outcomes.
• Willing and able to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City, as required to support business and team needs.

It's a bonus if you have:

• Experience recruiting for shared services, operations, customer support, or entry- to mid-level professional roles.
• Exposure to fintech, business process outsourcing (BPO), or multinational organizations.
• Experience partnering with external recruitment vendors or agencies to support hiring objectives.
