Job Summary:

Responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.

• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services.

• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course

• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates

• Proficiency in Computer and business applications

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Effective presentation and negotiation skills

• Effective interpersonal and people management skills

• Good problem solving and numerical skills

• Willing to work onsite in BDO Network Bank Zamboanga del Sur - Molave Branch.
