Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a similar role, preferably within the BPO, KPO, Virtual Assistant, Shared Services, or other high-volume employment environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in handling employee relations cases, including employee complaints and grievances, attendance and conduct concerns, workplace conflicts, performance-related matters, and disciplinary cases.
Experience in conducting or supporting workplace investigations, gathering and evaluating relevant information, documenting findings, and preparing investigation reports and recommendations.
Working knowledge of Philippine labour laws, DOLE regulations, and employment standards, with the ability to apply these appropriately in handling employee relations matters.
Familiarity with disciplinary procedures and due process, including preparation of Notices to Explain (NTEs), administrative hearing documentation, Notices of Decision, and other ER-related correspondence.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate sensitive or complex matters clearly, professionally, and appropriately.
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, leaders, clients, and other stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess facts objectively, identify root causes, exercise sound judgement, and make appropriate recommendations.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism, particularly when handling sensitive employee information and workplace investigations.
Excellent organizational and case-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple ER cases, deadlines, investigations, and projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision, while knowing when to escalate complex, high-risk, or potentially contentious matters to management or Legal.
Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to identify potential employee relations risks and recommend preventive or corrective actions.
Strong documentation and report-writing skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS, case-management, ticketing, or other HR-related systems is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage confidential matters with maturity and professionalism.
