Junior Attorney - Executive Legal Support

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated lawyer to provide hands-on legal, research, and executive support in a fast-paced professional environment.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role suited for a lawyer who is resourceful, organized, responsive, and comfortable working with incomplete information, sensitive matters, and changing priorities. The ideal candidate is proactive, practical, and capable of providing sound legal analysis while helping move matters forward

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Conduct legal research and prepare concise legal briefs, memoranda, analyses, and recommendations.
• Review laws, regulations, jurisprudence, policies, contracts, and other relevant legal materials.
• Assist in preparing for meetings, hearings, consultations, and other professional engagements.
• Monitor assigned matters, deadlines, requests, and action items, ensuring timely follow-through and completion.
• Coordinate with lawyers, researchers, administrative staff, external counsel, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Assist in reviewing, organizing, and consolidating work delegated to other members of the team.
• Identify potential legal or operational issues early and recommend practical next steps.
• Conduct fact-finding, research, and analysis to support sound decision-making.
• Assist with case-related, documentation, and other legal support requirements.
• Perform other legal and executive support functions as required.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Member of the Philippine Bar.
• At least 2 years' experience
• Litigation, legal research, regulatory, or related legal experience is an advantage.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing multiple matters simultaneously.
• Resourceful and comfortable exercising sound judgment when information is incomplete or priorities change.
• Willing to learn, take ownership, and follow through on tasks from start to finish.
• Comfortable with coordination, follow-ups, and working closely with a small, fast-paced executive team.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We are looking for someone who is smart, driven, fast, resourceful, emotionally steady, and highly coachable.

You should be able to think like a litigator: identify the core issue, find and analyze the applicable law, anticipate potential counterarguments, consider alternative approaches, and recommend a practical course of action.

At the same time, you should be comfortable being hands-on—whether that means conducting research, preparing documents, coordinating with stakeholders, making follow-ups, or ensuring that an action item gets completed.

NOTE: This is a hands-on position for someone who wants significant exposure, responsibility, and an opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role over time.
