💼 Project Deployment to NCS Client

NCS Philippines is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and be deployed to one of our NCS clients.

If you have strong experience in IT Project Management, Agile/Waterfall delivery, stakeholder management, risk management, and end-to-end project delivery, we’d love to hear from you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and change requests
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and other project documentation
• Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, clients, and senior management
• Facilitate project meetings, governance sessions, and progress reviews
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and overall team performance
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues when necessary
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders
• Apply Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements
• Ensure proper project documentation and adherence to governance and delivery standards

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in enterprise environments
• Strong experience managing complex IT projects and multiple stakeholders
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery governance
• Familiarity with Information Security (InfoSec) and enterprise technology environments is an advantage
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
