We are open to candidates outside the traditional agency world.
The more important requirement is that you have demonstrated the ability to build scalable revenue infrastructure, improve commercial visibility, and make revenue teams more predictable and efficient.

You enjoy turning messy data and processes into simple, scalable systems.
You like being the person who knows what is happening across the revenue funnel and why.
You enjoy connecting Marketing, Sales, Finance, and leadership through better data and processes.
You naturally look for ways to automate repetitive work.

You want to have a direct impact on how a high-growth company scales its commercial organization.

You enjoy finding the root cause rather than simply reporting the symptom.
You care deeply about data accuracy and operational discipline.
You move quickly, test solutions, learn from results, and continuously improve systems.
You are excited by the opportunity to build Revenue Operations infrastructure rather than inherit a perfectly mature system.
You want to become a key operational partner to commercial and executive leadership.
This Role Is Probably Not for You If...
You prefer maintaining existing systems rather than building and improving them.
You are primarily interested in reporting numbers without understanding the business behind them.
You are uncomfortable working with CRM systems, data, dashboards, and operational processes.
You need fully documented processes before you can begin solving a problem.
You avoid messy or ambiguous problems.
You rely heavily on manual reporting and are not interested in automation.
You are uncomfortable challenging inaccurate data, broken processes, or inconsistent CRM usage.
You prefer working within a single function rather than collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and leadership.
You wait for someone else to identify operational problems instead of proactively finding and solving them.
You prioritize producing reports over generating insights and driving action.
You are uncomfortable in a high-growth environment where systems and processes are continuously evolving.
If you are excited to join the executive leadership team, own the entire revenue engine, allocate significant growth capital, build exceptional commercial leaders, and help scale Advantage HQ into a significantly larger global company, we would love to hear from you.
