Account Specialist (Davao)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Specialist to support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for our Homeowners Association (HOA) clients. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision, while maintaining accuracy and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices daily and ensure client invoices are paid on a monthly basis
• Manage the monthly Accounts Payable close and accrual process
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of new and existing vendor payable accounts
• Collect and monitor W-9 forms and certificates of insurance for all vendors
• Review invoices and financial statements for accuracy, identifying discrepancies and avoiding duplicate payments
• Monitor accounts receivable for clients and initiate collections when necessary
• Process and distribute billing statements for clients
• Monitor petty cash disbursements and provide receipts for coding
• Read ledgers to follow and trace transactions
• File and maintain accounting documents
• Identify accounting errors or discrepancies on financial statements
• Handle and facilitate client inquiries and requests
• Understand the cash flow process specific to HOAs

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient with Google Suite applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously within established procedures with limited supervision
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information
• Comfortable working with a diverse clientele

Work Set-Up

• Night shift: ~9 PM–6 AM PHT (aligned to U.S. Central Time)
