IT Head (Retail / Manufacturing / Pharma)

Office location: Canlubang, Laguna Work setup: Full Onsite Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift Role Overview The IT Head will lead the overall IT function, overseeing technology strategy, systems, infrastructure, and day-to-day IT operations. The role requires a senior leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on involvement in technology initiatives, projects, and operational requirements. Qualifications At least 12 to 15 years of managing the overall IT operations experience , with significant experience leading or managing an overall IT function, including 5 years of managerial or senior leadership experience . Proven experience as both a strategic and hands-on/tactical IT leader . Experience in a large FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or similarly complex enterprise environment is highly preferred. Strong working knowledge of SAP and enterprise systems . Proven experience in IT projects, systems implementation, and project management . Strong process orientation with a continuous improvement mindset . Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple IT functions while aligning technology initiatives with business requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the overall IT strategy, roadmap, operations, and service delivery of the organization. Manage IT infrastructure, applications, enterprise systems, and overall technology operations. Oversee the administration and optimization of SAP and other enterprise systems . Lead and manage IT projects, systems implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives . Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure and business-critical systems. Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, systems, and operational efficiency through technology and continuous improvement. Provide hands-on technical and operational support when required, particularly for critical issues and major initiatives. Partner with senior management and key business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective IT solutions. Lead, develop, and manage the IT team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
