Multimedia Specialist

Role: The Multimedia Specialist produces and manages photo and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, events, product shoots, and in-store requirements, ensuring all outputs are on-brand, well-organized, and delivered on time. Responsibilities Shoot and edit photos and videos for: Product shoots Digital Ads Marketing materials Social media content Events and launches Promotional and seasonal campaigns Prepare storyboards, shot lists, and visual references before shoots. Coordinate shoot schedules, equipment, products, locations, and other production requirements. Operate cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other production tools. Edit videos and photos, including color correction, audio enhancement, retouching, and basic motion graphics. Resize and adapt content for different digital platforms and screen formats. Prepare, upload, and update content for store media screens. Ensure that store screen content is current and properly displayed. Organize, label, back up, and archive raw files, working files, and final outputs. Maintain proper handling and storage of production equipment. Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to execute approved concepts and campaigns. Perform quality checks before submitting or publishing final materials. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university At least 3-4 years' professional experience in video production, photography, graphic design, or a similar digital media role. High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage. Hands-on experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear. Knowledge of video editing, photography, lighting, composition, and color correction. Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail. Experience working with food and grocery products is an plus. Portfolio or demo reel showing relevant photo and video work is required.
