About This Role: We are hiring a Logistics & Fulfilment Manager for a growing eCommerce consumer brand to manage day-to-day fulfilment, warehouse, freight, inventory, and 3PL operations, ensuring accurate and timely order dispatch, strong inventory visibility, cost control, and reliable partner performance across Shopify, warehouses, carriers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse and fulfilment operations across multiple 3PL partners, ensuring accurate, timely dispatch and strong SLA performance. Own inbound shipments, receiving, stock availability, transfers, and inventory reconciliation across Shopify, ERP/OMS, and 3PL systems, including cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, damaged stock controls, and inventory adjustments. Manage pre-orders, backorders, oversells, substitutions, stock allocation, and split shipments, ensuring Shopify availability is accurate and impacted customers are proactively communicated with. Monitor warehouse errors such as mispicks, missing items, incorrect dispatches, damaged stock, and late orders; conduct root-cause reviews with 3PL partners and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Manage freight carriers, shipping rates, delivery performance, lost parcel escalations, returns, reverse logistics, restocking, and damaged or unsellable stock. Coordinate logistics and inventory requirements for product launches, promotions, seasonal peaks, and other high-volume periods. Reduce fulfilment costs by improving storage usage, ageing stock management, packaging, carrier rates, pick-and-pack costs, receiving processes, and inventory transfers; audit 3PL invoices, identify overcharges, track SLA credits, and support negotiations or renewals. Create and maintain SOPs and escalation paths for recurring issues, and track key metrics including fulfilment speed, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, freight and storage costs, returns, warehouse errors, delivery performance, 3PL performance, and cost savings. Partner closely with Customer Service, eCommerce, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and maintain a smooth end-to-end customer order flow. Software/Platforms/Tools: Shopify 3PL, warehouse, fulfilment, and OMS platforms Sage ERP or similar ERP systems Freight and carrier platforms Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel Slack, Google Workspace, or similar collaboration tools Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience in logistics, fulfilment, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a similar role, preferably within eCommerce, DTC, retail, or consumer products. Strong experience managing 3PL partners, warehouse operations, order fulfilment, inbound shipments, inventory movements, returns, and freight carriers. Hands-on experience with Shopify and eCommerce order fulfilment workflows. Strong understanding of fulfilment SLAs, inventory reconciliation, stock allocation, warehouse controls, freight performance, logistics costs, and operational reporting. Experience reviewing logistics or 3PL costs, identifying operational inefficiencies, and implementing cost-saving or process-improvement initiatives. Comfortable working across Shopify, 3PL platforms, spreadsheets, and other operational systems; Sage ERP experience is preferred but not required . Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to manage external partners and coordinate across internal teams. Highly organized, proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable independently resolving day-to-day operational issues. Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, aligned primarily with Philippine daytime hours to provide strong overlap with the client's Australian business hours. Exact working hours will be agreed upon directly between the contractor and the client, with occasional flexibility required during product launches, peak sales periods, stock issues, or urgent fulfilment escalations.
