Job Title: Real Estate Offer-Delivery & Setter Specialist (Full-Time) Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST/CST (Memphis Market Alignment) Base Pay: $6.00/hr + $200–$500 bonus per closed deal About the Role Join a high-volume real estate investment team operating in the Memphis market. As an Offer-Delivery Specialist, you will act as the crucial "first human contact" following our AI lead manager system. This is an outbound/scheduled callback role— not a cold-dialing position . Your main job is to deliver pre-calculated cash offers to motivated home sellers with high confidence, clear communication, and strong emotional intelligence. Key Responsibilities Deliver Anchor Offers: Present pre-determined cash offers (generated via internal AI tools) directly to warm, pre-qualified leads. Manage Call Flow: Execute 20–35 structured consultative calls per day (5–15 minutes each). Next Steps Routing: If Seller Accepts: Guide them toward the contract stage and schedule the next step with the lead investor. If Seller Declines: Gather key seller feedback and schedule a manager escalation call for a secondary review. Communication: Maintain a warm, confident, and professional demeanor across all interactions. Qualifications Communication & Confidence (Crucial): Exceptional verbal communication skills with high vocal confidence. Neutral to minimal accent required (low/no-accent native-level English fluency strongly preferred). Tone & Persona: Strong preference for a polished female voice to align with our established brand personas. Interpersonal Skills: Extroverted, highly empathetic, and quick at building rapport on the phone. Tech Familiarity: Comfortable learning straightforward software tools (experience with OfferBoat or SMS platforms is a plus; no complex CRM background needed). Real Estate Experience: Not required —we provide the tools and offer numbers; you bring the energy, confidence, and professionalism.
