Corporate Safety & Compliance Head Location: Philippines Work Arrangement: Office-based, Field work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Morning Shift Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a Corporate Safety & Compliance Head to lead the organization's workplace safety and compliance programs across multiple offices and sites. The role will provide strategic direction on occupational health and safety, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and the continuous improvement of safety standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the company's corporate safety and compliance programs. Establish and maintain workplace safety standards, policies, and procedures. Provide guidance and direction to designated Safety Officers and site safety representatives. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, fire safety requirements, and applicable government standards. Lead safety training, awareness programs, emergency preparedness activities, and evacuation drills. Oversee incident investigations, workplace inspections, hazard identification, and corrective action plans. Monitor safety performance and provide reports and recommendations to senior management. Coordinate with relevant government agencies and external stakeholders on safety and compliance matters. Drive initiatives that strengthen the organization's overall safety culture and risk management practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety, safety management, or compliance. Experience leading safety programs across multiple sites, branches, or offices is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Philippine occupational health and safety regulations, fire safety, emergency preparedness, and workplace compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel to different company locations as needed.
