Pre Sales Engineer (Power Tools)

POSITION: PRE-SALES ENGINEER

SALES CHANNEL: INDUSTRIAL

Area: North Luzon - based in Pangasinan or Benguet province as ideally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the construction and industrial segments.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, construction companies, and industrial clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.

· Manage and support IC dealer partners:

• o Strategy and sales execution: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth, achieve targets, and increase market share.
• o Dealer management: Serve as the main point of contact for dealers, building long-term relationships and developing mutually beneficial plans.
• o Operations and logistics: Oversee operational aspects such as inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment to ensure efficiency and product availability.
• o Performance monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, targeted end user reach, and execution, to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• o Budget and profit management: Ensure financial objectives, including collections and profit goals, are met for the assigned dealer partners.
• · Collaborate with internal teams (product management, marketing, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
• · Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to customer needs.
• · Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• · Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.

· 3+ years of sales experience in industrial or construction markets, preferably with power tools or related products.

· Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate product specifications.

· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
