Essential Job Functions:
Execute business process transactions learn from experienced team members and focus on accuracy.
Collaborate with senior analysts managers and other staff.
Assist in process improvement initiatives and data analysis.
Contribute to identifying and resolving process bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Participate in documenting and updating process guidelines.
Assist in analyzing data trends and reporting.
Support the team in meeting performance targets and quality standards.

Basic Qualifications:
Proven experience on Finra Financial Representative and Customer Service.
Valid Finra License series 6 and 7
Typically 3 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
Proficiencies in business process management and optimization
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
