Accounting Manager (For Pooling Only)

About the Opportunity

We are building a talent pool of experienced Accounting Managers for potential opportunities within our organization.

This is a talent pooling initiative and does not represent an immediate job opening. Qualified professionals may be contacted should a suitable Accounting Manager opportunity become available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting schedules.
• Lead and develop the accounting team to achieve operational objectives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and external partners as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
• Support management with financial analysis and other accounting-related initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA qualification is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
