Job description

Work Requirement

  • Must be willing and available to work on weekends and holidays when business activities, client requirements, or sales events require.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course or with 72 units with establish Real Estate Career in Selling.
  • More than three years of real estate sales experience.
  • At least two years of managerial or team leadership experience.
  • Must have a ready team of five to eight Sales Consultants upon joining.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and motivate a sales team.
  • A Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the sales team to ensure that monthly, quarterly, and semiannual sales targets and deliverables are achieved.
  • Source, recruit, onboard, and maintain the required manpower of five to eight Sales Consultants throughout the contract period.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for the team.
  • Monitor individual and team sales pipelines, activities, and performance.
  • Coach Sales Consultants and provide regular feedback, guidance, and performance support.
  • Submit periodic sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Director.
  • Ensure the proper and consistent implementation of company sales policies, processes, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate client transactions and address sales-related concerns.
  • Lead sales meetings, property presentations, site activities, and other business-development initiatives.
  • Ensure that the team observes company standards, ethical selling practices, and applicable real estate regulations.
