CB Business Operations Team Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Team Lead for Credit Bureau (CB) Operations is responsible for the management and execution of the day-to-day deliverables of the Credit Bureau Operations Department of the company specifically for the Individual Credit Solutions (ICS) product. You will play a critical role in ensuring that the standards are met and deliverables are accurate and timely.

This position requires knowledge of the bureau operations, strong business acumen, and good interpersonal and leadership skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manages= the overall Credit Bureau Operations Department such as, but not limited to, CB Portal Access Management, Batch Processing, Billing Validations, CIC compliance management related to the product being handled
• Manage a team of business support and monitor performance deliverables ensuring positive customer satisfaction and on-time delivery of tasks / deliverables.
• Liaise with various internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, IT, Products, Compliance, and Finance) to address various operational concerns and support requirements
• Liaise and serve as POC of external government organizations such as Credit Information Corporation (CIC) related to operational requirements and client’s accreditation
• Develop, enhance, and establishe processes, policies, and tools that improve overall operational effectiveness and efficiency and ensure team members are properly oriented and trained.
• Function as the point of contact for any concerns/complaints related to the product being handled.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of proven success in operational management roles from a Financial Institution (preferred).
• Strong operational acumen and ability to rapidly design and implement operational improvements.
• This role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
