Tour Coordinator

We are hiring an experiencedTour Coordinatorto handle warm, high-intent inbound leads in the luxury travel industry. You will guide affluent clients through a consultative sales process.No cold calling or lead generation required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads and understand client travel needs, preferences, and budgets.

• Present curated travel options and explain itineraries, inclusions, and pricing clearly.

• Build trust and provide personalized service to high-net-worth clients.

• Follow up over multi-week sales cycles until conversion.

• Convert leads into bookings within set timelines.

• Handle objections and guide clients to confident decisions.

• Keep CRM records accurate and updated.

• Manage multiple client conversations at once with timely follow-ups.

• Coordinate with tour operators to finalize bookings and hand off clients smoothly.

Qualifications

Strong English communication skills (B1–C2 level), neutral accent preferred.

Comfortable engaging with high-net-worth individuals (typical demographic: 55+, Canadian market).

Experience managing multi-touch, multi-week sales cycles.

Strong listening, consultative selling, and organizational skills.

CRM experience with attention to detail.

Professional, calm demeanor suited for mature clientele.

University degree preferred.

Full-time availability, office-based in BGC, Philippines, night shift aligned with Canada timezone.
