Email & CRM Marketing Specialist (SMS & CRM Journeys Officer)

Job Description

• Work with a Customer Journey Manager designing and building marketing automation workflows.
• Design and build personalised email, SMS and landing page experiences in Marketing Cloud.
• Have an understanding of database objects and the ability to write SQL queries with AI assistance.
• Supporting a Customer Journey Manager with the build, testing, reporting and optimisation of regular campaign sends
• Define segmentation criteria for batch and trigger emails/SMS campaigns and conduct A/B testing.
• QA support for the journeys team on other member journeys and campaigns
• Creating and maintaining documentation for journeys and campaigns.
• Coordinating the roadmap and backlog of Customer Journey/Lifecycle and Marketing Cloud enhancements and feature expansions
• Working with a journeys team to drive best practice, efficiency, and optimisation to meet business objectives.
• Manage and triage help desk tickets for the journeys space.

Qualifications

Required

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing automation platforms
• Hands-on technical experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build journeys and emails
• Skilled in email development utilising HTML, CSS and AMPscript
• Experience in stakeholder and campaign management to deliver communications in a timely manner
• Experience building automated journeys
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using AI tools to enhance daily work
• Strong attention to detail

Highly regarded / Preferred

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
• Experience with Salesforce CRM (beyond Marketing Cloud)
• Skilled with SQL
