Management Accounting Assistant Manager

Focuses on financial performance analysis and management reporting to support strategic business decisions.

• Conduct cost margin, sales, and profit analysis.
• Prepare management reports and financial forecasts.
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Support strategic planning and business performance reviews.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in management and financial reporting, preferably in the Food, Retail, Hospitality, local FMCG industry
• Has a managerial background, handled a minimum of 3 employees
• Highly analytical and strong strategic influencing skills
• Knowledgeable in SAP, Oracle, or other Accounting System
