Warehouse Supervisor ( Collecting & Packing - Dasma )

ROLE DESCRIPTION The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of their assigned warehouse located in Cavite, ensuring that inventory is received, stored, and distributed correctly. As a full-time role, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse workers, inventory planning, and quality assurance, implementing safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Bachelor's degree graduate or equivalent work experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a warehouse or logistics setting Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage warehouse workers and team members Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills High proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems Knowledge of local and national laws related to warehouse operations and logistics Able to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Willing to work in Dasma - Cavite.
