What Makes You a Great Fit
You've managed recruitment client relationships end-to-end before — BPO, RPO, agency, or in-house, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
You're genuinely curious about your clients' businesses — you want to understand the "why" behind the brief, not just fill the seat.
You can hold your own in a tough conversation — an offer negotiation, a pushback on a brief, a client who's nervous about timelines.
