Job Description

SUMMARY

The Marketing Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the marketing team. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing activities, maintaining marketing databases, organizing events and campaigns, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
  
• Support website updates and SEO initiatives (non-technical)
  
• Create and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, and one-pagers
  
• Coordinate webinars, events, trade shows, and customer communications
  
• Track campaign performance and preparing marketing reports
  
• Support email marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications
  
• Help manage CRM and marketing databases
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  
• 1 – 2 years of experience in marketing, administration, or a similar role.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  
• Required experience includes Organized, Good Writing Skills, Basic AI Knowledge
  
• Speaks Fluent English
  
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
  
• Familiar with Social Media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
  
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  

Requirements

• Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
  
• Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
