SAP Project Manager – ERP

Position: SAP Project Manager ERP
Employment Type: Contract (12 months)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM PST
Location/Work Setup: Makati

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering projects within the SAP/ERP landscape, ensuring projects are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, quality standards, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, technical resources, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, costs, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Support SAP/ERP implementation, enhancement, rollout, or support-related initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation, governance, and reporting.
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct project closure, lessons learned, and post-project evaluations where applicable.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5 10 years of Project Management experience, preferably in SAP/ERP implementation or support environments.
• Current PMP certification or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Experience working with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience in project planning, execution, resource coordination, and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or other project delivery methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
