We’re Hiring: Senior Accountants UK/US (Multiple Vacancies)

📍 Location: Makati City (Hybrid setup)

🕒 Schedule: Available in Morning (10AM-7PM) or Mid‑shift (3PM-12AM)

🌟 Senior Accountant (US/UK)

What You Will Do

• Handle bookkeeping, payroll, VAT returns, and end‑to‑end accounting for US/UK clients.
• Communicate directly with clients via email, phone, and weekly calls.
• Onboard new clients and manage ongoing check‑ins.
• Review junior staff’s bookkeeping, perform reconciliations, and clean‑up accounts.
• Manage VAT/PAYE registrations and company secretarial processes.
• Ensure compliance with strict deadlines in a highly automated environment.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ finance/accounting experience.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, reconciliations).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple clients.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive problem‑solver.
• Preferred: Experience in US/UK accounting firm environments; Xero/QuickBooks knowledge.

🌟 Senior Accountant (UK)

What You Will Do

• Prepare annual accounts, tax computations, and superannuation certificates for UK medical practices.
• Manage assigned client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Communicate directly with clients to clarify queries and provide updates.
• Critically review financial information, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Work independently after training, escalating complex matters when needed.
• Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative environment.

What We Look For

• CPA with at least 3 years’ accounting experience (financial reporting, audit, or tax).
• Strong technical accounting and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Xero Certified, with hands‑on experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English for UK client communication.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Preferred: Big Four or established firm background, UK client exposure.

🌟 Associate Director (UK)

What You Will Do

• Oversee delivery of accounting and tax services for UK medical practice clients.
• Review annual accounts, tax computations, and superannuation certificates prepared by the team.
• Manage client portfolios, monitor deadlines, and resolve complex accounting issues.
• Act as a key point of contact for UK clients, providing professional guidance and solutions.
• Mentor Managers and Associates, ensuring consistent quality across the service line.

What We Look For

• CPA with at least 5 years’ professional accounting experience (audit, tax, reporting).
• Strong technical accounting and tax skills, with portfolio management experience.
• Proven leadership ability to supervise, train, and review team members’ work.
• Xero Certified, with practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work directly with UK clients.
• Preferred: 7+ years’ experience, Big Four background, UK client exposure.
