Manage and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, or institutional clients, depending on the assigned portfolio.
Develop new business opportunities through client acquisition, referrals, networking, and market development.
Understand clients’ financial objectives, business needs, investment requirements, and risk profiles.
Recommend appropriate banking, lending, investment, wealth management, and financial products based on client requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure high-quality customer service.
Monitor client portfolios and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant banking products and services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, account reviews, and business discussions.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Investment, and Product teams to facilitate client requirements.
Prepare and review financial information, credit applications, account documentation, and client proposals.
Ensure all client activities and transactions comply with Hong Kong banking regulations, AML/KYC requirements, internal policies, and risk controls.
Monitor the performance and quality of the assigned client portfolio and take appropriate action when necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, reports, and documentation.
Keep updated on market trends, economic developments, financial products, and banking regulations in Hong Kong.
Achieve assigned revenue, portfolio growth, client acquisition, and business development targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience in relationship management within banking or financial services.
