Head - Strategic Accounts Group

The Head – Strategic Accounts Group will lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives covering healthcare operations, occupational health and safety, infection prevention and control, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, process improvement, and HMO account management. The role will drive operational excellence, strengthen stakeholder and HMO relationships, and ensure alignment of clinic practices, policies, and processes with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives across TMC Clinics.
• Oversee Occupational Health and Safety (OSH), safety audits, risk management, and related compliance programs.
• Monitor and implement infection prevention and control programs across clinics.
• Ensure compliance with DOH, FDA, DOLE, business permits, sanitary requirements, and other applicable regulations.
• Monitor clinic accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with HMOs and strategic accounts.
• Monitor account utilization and performance against targets.
• Facilitate and update HMO agreements and data-sharing requirements.
• Lead quality assurance, audit, process review, and improvement initiatives.
• Develop business plans, performance metrics, budgets, and strategic projects.
• Collaborate with clinic operations, HR & OD, and other stakeholders to implement organizational initiatives.
• Prepare management reports and provide recommendations based on operational results, audits, incidents, and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any 4-year health allied course.
• Preferably more than six (6) years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Strong experience in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, process improvement, and stakeholder management is preferred.
• Strong strategic planning, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
