Facilities and Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

Facilities and Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) is responsible for ensuring the reliability and sustainability of mechanical facilities, utilities, and equipment to support continuous production and achieve departmental key performance indicators. The role leads maintenance technicians, plans and oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, drives equipment reliability and energy efficiency initiatives, implements cost improvement projects, promotes a safe working environment, and ensures compliance with company standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

• In-charge for maintenance of overall facilities and various production equipment;
• develops programs and improvement plans to ensure zero major plant interruption;
• plans and implements equipment preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs;
• ensures regular updates of preventive maintenance check sheets and all inspection check sheets;
• fulfills job orders and request from other departments;
• oversees the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various systems and quality controls;
• prepares report and other compliance documentations;
• trains and oversees facility and maintenance technicians to establish a team with good discipline and high morale level;
• troubleshoots and repairs facility and production equipment;
• determines and controls of maintenance spare parts inventories, including oils and other consumables;
• implements safety standards on plant and ensures legal/regulatory compliance;
• ensures regular housekeeping on areas of responsibilities and performs 5S audit within the factory when needed;
• establish team with good discipline and high morale level;
• ensures machines are running smoothly for daily operations;
• adheres to all information security and physical security policies and programs;
• follows health and safety standards; and
• performs other assigned related tasks.

Educational Background:

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering

Training or Certification:

PRC licensed

Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge in Injection Molding Machines and Spray Painting Equipment.
• Knowledge in clean room operation and maintenance.
• Operation and maintenance of various facility equipment (HVAC system, air compressor, Dryers, exhaust, generators, Transformers, overhead cranes, lifters, AHUs, Cooling towers etc.
• Basic ISO system knowledge.

Work Schedule:

At least 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
