Responsibilities
Provide medical care : Assess and treat injuries, administer medication, and provide basic health care
Provide first aid : Provide first aid and emergency management
Provide health education : Educate employees about health conditions and provide health advice
Coordinate employee medical testing : Coordinate employee medical testing and screenings
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations : Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations related to employee health and safety
Develop health and safety programs : Participate in developing, maintaining, and implementing health and safety programs
Identify hazards : Identify hazards in the workplace and recommend ways to reduce them
Conduct training : Conduct training for first aid, safety, CPR, and health programs
Prepare accident reports : Prepare accident reports and workers compensation reports
Coordinate with hospitals : Coordinate with hospitals near the project site for possible treatment of workers
