JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision, performs clerical functions, and does other related works.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Receives Incoming communications, documents, and telephone calls;

2. Prepares certificates, endorsements, etc.;

3. Handles the data tracking of incoming and outgoing documents to and from OBSUs;

4. Property maintains the records/files of the Logistics Management Division (LMD);

5. Monitors submission of reports and other documents required by the Office;

6. Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time.

Job Outputs:

1. Data tracking system of Incoming and Outgoing documents;

2. Consolidated files/records of the Office;

3. Other reports required by the Office.

9. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.
