We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, analysis, and reporting, with strong leadership skills to guide our finance team toward excellence.

What You'll Do:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
• Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing relevant financial analysis and recommendations to management.
• Provide financial insights and guidance to regional operations and business leaders to support informed business decisions.

Accounting Operations

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and month-end closing activities.
• Supervise payroll processing, banking transactions, and payment activities to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Review inventory reconciliations and validate stock variances to support accurate financial reporting.

Compliance & Internal Controls

• Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant government agencies for audits, statutory requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to established financial policies and procedures.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ERP, accounting, POS, and other financial systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, strengthen controls, optimize costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that support accurate and efficient financial operations.

Team Leadership

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop finance and administrative team members to achieve operational and performance objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to the team in managing daily finance and accounting activities.
• Promote accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the finance function.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-site operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, taxation, payroll, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems, with strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with POS systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
